The time it takes to get your order shipped out from the warehouse varies, depending on the product and which warehouse location it is shipping from. RETURN POLICIES:
All Products are BRAND NEW in the box unless otherwise specified in the listing. New items come with warranty papers in the package. Factory referbs usually carry a 30-90 day warranty unless specified otherwise.
Returns are for exchange replacement of the same item if defective. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will only be responsible for shipping charges if we shipped you the wrong product.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Occasionally items may be out of stock at the time of your order. We do our best to keep up on our inventory in real time, but it is not always that easy. If you place an order that turns out to be out of stock, We will notify you right away and refund you that same day. When the item comes back in stock you will be notified of it.
